How does
the website work?
- Potential customers use the website to search for a window
cleaner in their local area either through town name or postcode
- The search is narrowed down to either a domestic or
commercial window cleaning enquiry
- The website then shows the potential customer the local
listing, or mini-site, of our relevant member in that area
- Areas are divided up by postcode district and our areas for
sale may be made up from a single postcode district e.g. NP16 Chepstow or a
number of districts grouped together e.g. LE1, LE4, LE5, LE7 Leicester &
Syston
- To gain a
quote the potential customer uses the “Contact Us” enquiry form on each members
mini-site
- This enquiry is then emailed automatically to that member
for him or her to quote for the work as they want
- We simply supply sales leads – each member quotes for the
work under their own business name etc and Nationwide Window Cleaners Ltd have
no further dealings with the customer
- Our individual areas for sale can only be purchased by a
single window cleaner – so the same sales lead is not sent to multiple window
cleaners
- If you are our member in
your local area it means your competitors have missed out on potential sales
leads
What does
each member mini-site offer?
- Up
to five pages of information
- This
could include pages for About Us, Profile Page, Services, Gallery,
Testimonials, Team Photographs or anything you think is relevant to a customer
when looking for a window cleaner
- Each
member mini-site will be branded as “Nationwide Window Cleaners” and therefore
our members individual company logos are not allowed to be shown
- Members
will be allowed to choose up to five locations or towns to promote within their
mini-site from within their purchased postcode district(s)
- In
addition to each mini-site being able to be found from a customer search from
within the main website each mini-site can be found by search engines when
potential customers search the internet for a window cleaner in their local
area and therefore hopefully each mini-site will climb up the natural listings
on search engines such as Google as time goes on
- Even
if you already have a website up and running for your window cleaning business
you can still benefit from becoming a member with us as you will have twice the
chance of receiving the sales lead by having an additional mini-site with
Nationwide Window Cleaners

How do we approve our members?
- We will check your company details and address
- We will check your insurances – to insure you have the
correct cover in place
- We require
at least three testimonials from present customers
What
happens if I do not meet the approval criteria?
- Your deposit
will be refunded in full, within 24 hours of our decision and our reason for
refusing membership stated
How do we
monitor our members?
- We will issue you with feedback cards from time to time.
All we ask is that you leave them with a few customers and get them to write
some honest reviews about your levels of service and quality of workmanship
- Customers
can also email us at Nationwide Window Cleaners should they feel particularly
aggrieved with the level of service they have received from any of our members.
We will follow this up and investigate whether in the worst case scenario
membership should be revoked for the window cleaner concerned.
Additional
membership benefits:
- The sales lead is completely yours to do with as you wish.
You are not subcontracting work from Nationwide Window Cleaners nor do we add a
mark-up on each quote
- Advice and support from us where we can with help on any
quotes should you need it
- Customers who move out of your area can be passed through
the network
- Vehicle stickers - With our sticker on your vehicle the
public will know that you are part of the UK’s leading window cleaning
organisation
- Stationery
logo – Use our “Approved Network Partner” logo on your stationery. Adds another
accreditation to your paperwork

How much does membership cost?
- There is a £25 + VAT deposit per area. Although when
purchasing more than four areas a maximum of £100 + VAT deposit per order will
apply. This covers our costs to set the mini-site up and to begin the local
search engine optimisation work for your mini-site. If your application fails
our approval process this deposit will be refunded within 24 hours
- On-going monthly subscription prices are £15 + VAT for each
domestic area and £15 + VAT per month for each commercial area. Or £25 + VAT to
cover both residential and commercial for the same area
- Your
mini-site will be live within 7 days of membership approval
