How do I claim my points offer?

If you want to redeem your points against an order, simply email us with your user name and we will forward the relevant offer to you via email.

I want to use my points on an order I want to place now!

Just type 'use my points' in the comment box of the checkout when placing an order on line (if you have a lot of points and want to save some for future use, enter the amount of points to put against the order, otherwise all usable points will be allocated!). Your payment method will be credited the offer amount.
