Unger Ultimate Squeegee

Anniversaries are always a difficult time of year. What do you get? Where do you go? How do you make it special? For Unger’s 50th, a true milestone, they really pushed the boat out. Unger, the world leader in window cleaning hand tools, decided to release a new squeegee. Not just any squeegee. The Unger Ergotec Ultimate, made in memory of Henry Unger, the founder of the company, is the real deal. Manufactured from seven layers of state of the art, Formula 1 carbon fibre technology, each one is hand crafted and truly unique; a world first

This is literally the best squeegee you will ever hold. Light as a feather and beautifully shaped, any claiming this as a gimmick has simply not seen, let alone held one. It is a real window cleaner’s product.

Unger have only made 1964 of these (to tie in with the year Unger was founded, each engraved with its own number). Already that number is down to at least 1960. At a lavish affair at the ISSA Interclean show in Amsterdam, the Unger family were presented with squeegees numbered 1 to 4; number 1 going to Barbara Unger, Henry’s wife and 2,3 and 4 being handed out to the three Unger brothers Mark, Dane and Jan, who up until recently, helmed the family company.

Whether a collectors item or something to be used everyday, after holding one there is no going back. Anyone who takes pride in squeegee work owes it to themselves to at least hold one, maybe even clean a pane with it - you will love it, nothing compares.

Currently there are no plans to make this a permanent product in the Unger catalogue, when they are gone, they are gone!

WCW have secured a very limited stock of this once in a lifetime product. If you would like to get your hands on one, contact us via email info@windwocleaningwarehouse.co.uk and we can see what we can do.
