Bought this with the Compact package and the remote too. Excellent but be aware if you don't watch it like a hawk it will jump off the reel then you are in a mess, really should have a guard to stop it coming off the reel. I am off to design something in my shed. Shame it doesn't come with something attached to keep it on the reel. If working away from the van you have to ensure when winding it in it stays tight which will only happen if you are in a straight line with the van or you have an apprentice to watch the hose reel in. Otherwise go buy but there are no instructions supplied with the Compact tank and reel so be aware to use carefully.

Owned the gen 2 butterfly reel. Must say this is far superior. A must have for any serious window cleaner. 85 meters of 8mm works perfectly, any more would need 6mm as recommended. Love it!!

Would like to praise the staff at wcw on there help on buying this well made bit of kit , I fitted this reel be myself , it's all pretty easy it great push the button and it does what it says 100 m hose reeled in , no more winding thanks team ,
