WCW provided a great service. My item was not in stock so they couldn't get it to me next day. However, I was contacted and advised when I would receive the Ergotec set. A lot of online retailers wouldn't even bother in telling you. So well done for setting the customer's expectations. The Unger product is very good, does a great job in cleaning windows.
